Partner Program FAQ

No minimum commitment for Team Partner. We ask for a soft volume estimate so we can assign the right coordinator — but you're not locked into anything. Brokerage Partner rates are negotiated annually based on projected volume.

We invoice the listing agent or closing coordinator. The amount is collected at close from seller proceeds, just like any other pre-listing vendor charge. We send you a simple invoice letter you can attach to the closing package.

Yes. Once your brokerage is in the program, every agent at your office gets access to partner pricing and priority scheduling. They just reference your brokerage name when they submit a request.

Partner accounts get 48-hour scheduling priority. Most standard curb appeal jobs (cleanup, mulch, sod patch, light trimming) are completed within 2–3 business days of scheduling. More complex projects are quoted with an accurate timeline before any work starts.
