We're a Coordination Company — Not a Contractor
SunWest Landscape Group is not a landscaping contractor. We're the single point of contact that homeowners, realtors, and property managers across Tampa Bay to Sarasota rely on to plan, coordinate, and manage their outdoor improvement projects — from first call to project completion.
All field work is performed by our network of vetted, insured independent contractor partners. Our internal team handles client communication, project scoping, partner coordination, quality oversight, and business operations. If you're joining the SunWest team, you're joining the coordination layer — not the field crew.

Own the lifecycle of each project from intake to completion — coordinating between our clients and contractor partners while ensuring every job stays on scope and on schedule.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first inquiry through final walkthrough
- Assign projects to the appropriate contractor partner based on specialty, location, and availability
- Manage scheduling, progress updates, and any client questions or change requests
- Flag quality or communication issues and work to resolve them quickly
- Maintain detailed records of project status in our CRM
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in a project management, coordination, or customer success role
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines
- Familiarity with CRM software or project tracking tools
- Interest in home improvement, landscaping, or outdoor living is a plus but not required
Be the first voice clients hear when they reach SunWest — handling inbound calls, web form responses, and follow-ups to ensure every potential client gets a fast, warm, and informed response.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries within same-business-day targets
- Qualify leads and gather project details for the coordination team
- Schedule site visits, follow-up calls, and consultations
- Maintain a positive, helpful tone even with clients who are frustrated or in an emergency (post-storm situations)
- Update client records and flag urgent needs to the project coordinator
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent phone manner and written communication
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Organized and comfortable with digital tools (email, scheduling software, CRM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus
Visit client properties, assess project scope, and produce accurate estimates in collaboration with our contractor partners. You're the bridge between what the client wants and what's actually achievable.
What you'll do
- Conduct site visits across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties
- Document project conditions, dimensions, and any site-specific considerations
- Collaborate with contractor partners to build accurate scopes and pricing
- Present estimates and coordinate client approval
- Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely serve the client's goals
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a field estimating, project consulting, or construction-adjacent role
- Comfortable reading property layouts and understanding outdoor improvement scopes
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong relationship-building skills — you'll be representing SunWest face-to-face
- Experience in landscaping, hardscape, or home improvement is strongly preferred
Help grow SunWest's organic presence across search, local listings, and social — managing content, optimizing pages, and ensuring our brand shows up where Tampa and Sarasota homeowners are looking.
What you'll do
- Execute on-page and technical SEO improvements across 300+ pages
- Write and publish geo-targeted landing pages, blog posts, and service content
- Manage Google Business Profile listings and local citation consistency
- Report on keyword rankings, traffic, and lead volume on a monthly basis
- Coordinate with the team on review generation and local PR opportunities
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, local SEO, and link building fundamentals
- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, or similar
- Ability to write clearly and produce content at volume without sacrificing quality
- Familiarity with React/web development is a plus but not required

Where is the SunWest team based?
SunWest Landscape Group, LLC is based in Sarasota, FL. Most coordination and client-facing roles are based in Sarasota or hybrid. Our field estimator role covers the full Tampa Bay–Sarasota corridor. One role (Digital Marketing) is available fully remote.
Do I need landscaping experience to apply?
Not for all roles. Project coordinator and client experience roles value communication skills, organization, and a service mindset over industry-specific knowledge — we'll teach you what you need to know about the services. Field estimator and marketing roles benefit from relevant experience.
