How the Program Works

Your broker-owner applies for the Preferred Partner Program

The brokerage signs up once at sunwestlandscapegroup.com/for-realtors/brokerage. After a brief pricing call, your brokerage gets a dedicated coordinator and locked-in volume rates.

Agents do not need to sign up individually.

You receive this checklist and your coordinator's contact info

Once your brokerage is onboarded, every agent receives a copy of this guide and direct contact details for your assigned SunWest coordinator. No calling a general line.

Save your coordinator's number in your phone now.

You submit a listing — your coordinator handles the rest

Text or email your coordinator with the property address, what needs to be done, and your timeline. They'll confirm scope, schedule the site visit, and keep you updated through completion.

No portal logins, no forms. Just a text message.

Work is completed before photos or the open house

SunWest coordinates with your vetted contractor network to complete all work on your timeline — typically 24–72 hours for standard scopes.

Always confirm your photo shoot date upfront so we can schedule around it.

Billing goes to the selling side at closing

No upfront payment required for partner-program listings. SunWest can invoice the transaction side at closing through your title company. Confirm this option with your coordinator when submitting.

Upfront billing is also available if preferred.

Listing Submission Checklist

Have these ready when you text or email your coordinator. The more detail you include upfront, the faster we can schedule and complete the work.

Full property address + ZIP code

Include unit number for condos.

Scope of work needed

Be specific: "Front lawn sod patch, edge all beds, mulch refresh, pressure wash driveway." A photo is worth a thousand words — send one if you can.

Your target date (photos, open house, or listing live date)

We work backward from this date. The more lead time, the better — but we can often accommodate 48-hour turnarounds.

Any HOA restrictions or required approvals

Some HOAs require pre-approval for mulch color, plant species, or hardscape changes. Flag this upfront so we can plan accordingly.

Gate codes, lock box info, or access instructions

Needed for the site visit and for contractors to complete work.

Billing preference: closing-side invoice or upfront

Closing-side billing requires confirmation with your coordinator. Standard for Preferred Partner accounts.

Is the property occupied or vacant?

Affects scheduling and access logistics.

Can I submit multiple listings at once?

Yes. Your coordinator handles your brokerage as a whole, not listing by listing. Submit everything at once and they'll build out a schedule across all properties.

What happens if the scope changes after the site visit?

Your coordinator will walk you through any scope changes before work begins. No surprise invoices.

Who is the point of contact if something isn't right?

Your assigned coordinator owns the relationship from first contact to completion. One call or text resolves it.

Does the program cover commercial listings?

Yes. SunWest handles commercial properties throughout the Gulf Coast corridor. Let your coordinator know the property type when submitting.
